Your information is used to respond to enquiries, manage bookings, deliver photography galleries and coaching resources through your client portal, and communicate with you about your sessions or program. We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties except as required to deliver our services (e.g., payment processing).
4. Storage & Security
Your data is stored securely using Supabase, a cloud database platform with industry-standard encryption. We take reasonable steps to protect your information from misuse, loss, or unauthorised access. The client portal uses secure, passwordless email authentication.
5. Photography & Images
If you attend a photography session, images may be used for portfolio, website, and social media purposes unless you request in writing that they not be shared. We will never sell your images or use them in a way that misrepresents you.
6. Cookies
This website uses session cookies to maintain your logged-in state in the client portal. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.
7. Portal Activity
When you are logged into the client portal, we record basic activity — such as when you sign in, view a gallery, open a quote or invoice, sign a document, or send a message — so we can support you and follow up appropriately. We record only the type of action and the time it occurred; we do not log the content of your messages, your IP address, or your location. This information is visible only to Fire N Honey, and you can opt out at any time from the “My Details” page in your portal.

You have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal information at any time. To exercise these rights, please contact us via the enquiry form or through your client portal.
